Why does Amazon saddle customers with return logistics?
Now and then Amazon sends the wrong item, not what was ordered. They make me print a label and take the item to Kohl's to return, even if I ask for a replacement of the item actually ordered. So why can't Amazon just plan on collecting the item they wrongly delivered when delivering its replacement?
