Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Project Specialist - (Maternity Leave Cover) to join our GBS People & Culture (P&C) team and lead key initiatives that shape our employee experience.
Estimated duration: April to November 2026!
Responsibilities - your mission
This role will focus on onboarding, partnerships management, employee experience and trainee/internship programs, alongside other HR projects. A strong emphasis on collaboration with the P&C team and with cross functional teams such as Communication, Transition and other business areas is key to driving the success of these initiatives.
Key responsibilities

Onboarding experience
-
Manage and ensure a seamless onboarding journey that enhances new hire integration and engagement, collaborating closely with other colleagues within P&C, Team Leaders and other departments to ensure consistency across the employee lifecycle.

Employee experience
-
Develop and implement initiatives that foster a positive, engaging and inclusive work environment, working alongside teams such as communication to ensure cohesive messaging.

Trainee and internship programmes
-
Manage and enhance our trainee programs, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and working closely with our Recruitment team and other internal and external stakeholders, including universities.

HR project implementation
-
Lead and support additional HR projects as required, collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth execution and respect for timelines.
Requirements
-
Ideally 2 /4 years of experience in HR

Ability to think and act with a project management mindset, structuring initiatives with clear timelines, tasks and deliverables.

Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple projects across departments

Passion for creating a great employee experience and fostering a strong company culture through effective teamwork

Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams
-
Continuous Improvement driven mindset to refine HR initiatives

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to act independently by prioritising work, problem-solving and taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
