About the role
Job Description:
We are now looking for an Documentation Management Analyst for Airbus GBS team! We have position is available for either Coimbra or Lisbon!
Responsibilities - your mission

To be enable to check manually the engineering technical documentation with the specificity of each center in line with airbus process requirements
-
To be able to automatize the documentation checks
-
To be able to archive technical documentation in the Airbus environment
-
To regularly rapport on the quality of the checks done
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
-
To know the Airbus Engineering organization
-
To know the Airbus documentation processes
-
To know the archiving Airbus process
-
To be organized, rigorous, abe to strictly follow the processes
-
Communication skills are key, creating trustful relationship quickly with remote work context
-
English is a must, and one additional natco language welcome
-
Basic understanding of the aircraft, product and development process is welcome but not mandatory
-
Ethics & Compliance adherence is a must, with a clear understanding of rules around data confidentiality, AIRBUS Procurement process, GDPR
