Job Description:

As an SAP EWM Functional Consultant, he/she should understand business processes and architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your area of responsibility will extend to designing, implementing, and supporting the EWM module within the SAP system, focusing on integration of ERP - EWM systems and EWM - TMS systems; Inbound and outbound processes along with internal warehouse processes.

The candidate will join the spares & services team providing digital solutions to manage business processes throughout the Airbus group wide. As such, he/she needs to have a strong customer focus.

The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate with 7-9 years of experience in SAP EWM module.

  • In depth knowledge on SAP EWM processes along with integration of EWM with other modules.

  • Expertise in configuration of SAP EWM warehouse processes in both Embedded and Decentralised approaches.

  • Good knowledge of the following SAP EWM topics: ERP-EWM integration, Inbound and outbound process with POSC/LOSC; Internal warehouse process like Replenishment, Physical inventory, Crossdocking.

  • Expertise in EWM-QM and EWM-PP integration configurations.

  • Experience with interfacing to external applications.

  • Strong understanding & experience in Integration of EWM with Material Management, Logistics Execution and TMS.

  • Good knowledge on PPF actions; MFS; Autostore and RF configurations.

  • S4 HANA implementation experience is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP EWM module related deliverables in SAP and S4 HANA implementation, support, and upgrade projects.

  • Provide functional and business process expertise to the project team, resolve EWM related issues.

  • Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.

  • Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs

  • Ensure customer facing for requirement analysis and delivery.

  • Success Metrics Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to

  • Consistently ensure the on-time delivery and quality (first-time-right) of the projects

  • Bring innovative cost effective solutions

  • Achieve the customer satisfaction
