AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 -
Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and
relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consist in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for allpurposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

• The internship will be carried out within the Services Upgrades Program Office, where the student will have the possibility to gain experience in project management, marketing strategies, communication, and data management.
• The student will track offers and programs, assist in executing marketing campaigns, follow up on updates, and support the team in the day a day work, using our project management and Airbus Defence and Space tools and procedures.

Required skills #Airbus Diversity:

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering required.

• Level B2 English.

• General knowledge in Aerospace Industry, Airbus Defence and Space Air Power products and Project Management.

• Platforms: LTA & MRTT

• Skills valued:

  o Ability to work in complex and international environments.
  o Proactive and good adaptation to a constant changing environment.
