Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a **Certification Specialist (m/f)**to join our Engineering department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing flight control systems. As part of the Flight Controls team, you will be involved in certification and airworthiness activities aiming at ensuring the safety and compliance of our aircraft programs.

Your challenges:

Define and negotiate Certification Plans with airworthiness authorities to certify systems modifications.

Coordinate various stakeholders (designers, suppliers, test centers, pilots) to ensure the timely issuance of means of compliance.

Manage the interface with Airworthiness Authorities throughout the certification process.
-
Lead continuous airworthiness assessments, investigating potential safety issues and elaborating preventive and corrective actions.

Contribute to system safety analyses, including Functional Hazard Analysis and System Safety Assessment.
Your boarding pass:

Significant professional experience in system safety, system certification and qualification, or auto flight system development.

Demonstrated knowledge in system physical architecture, integration, and engineering.

Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams and authorities.
-
High degree of autonomy, team spirit, and ability to foster trust.

Negotiation level in English.
