Join the Technical Data & Customer Services team at Airbus Commercial Aircraft. You will be at the heart of aircraft operations, ensuring that the documentation required for a safe and efficient entry-into-service is accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality.

As part of our international Aircraft Airframe department, you will help maintain the "Bible" of aviation maintenance: the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) and the Non Destructive Testing Manual (NTM).

Definition working student

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your location: Hamburg Finkenwerder You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Finkenwerder Are you wondering how you actually get from university to Airbus? Your working student position is at the Finkenwerder plant and you can take the ferry from Teufelsbrück to the Airbus ferry terminal and back to the university in the morning and at noon. Alternatively, you can take the ferry to Finkenwerder and then ride your bike for about another 15 minutes to the main entrance.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Data Integrity: Oversee and coordinate the creation of technical data to ensure maximum accuracy for our customers

• Process Improvement: Actively contribute to the rationalization and validation of the manuals content

• Analysis & Consolidation: Support data analysis efforts to streamline documentation workflows

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a communicative link within the contributers to facilitate the development of innovative technical solutions

Desired skills and qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled full-time in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or a similar field

• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. Experience with planning tools is a strong advantage

• Languages: Fluency in English and German is mandatory (international environment)

• Mindset: You have a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a "can-do" attitude toward complex data
