The Large Motors and Generators Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors and generators. The Division's induction, synchronous and special design motors and synchronous generators power critical applications across industry, infrastructure and marine transportation. Combining the best available materials with superior technology, the large motors and generators are designed to operate efficiently and reliably, even for challenging processes or applications and to have low life cycle costs.

Your Role and Responsibilities

This Position reports to: Production Supervisor

• According to the overall design and technical agreement of the generator (motor) test program
• According to the overall design of the machine, assess, confirm and prepare the test equipment in advance and commissioning cooperate with the customer
• According to the manufacturing process and technology, responsible for machine test plan, prototype test tracking and follow up the data collection and analysis
• Responsible for the analysis and improvement of the abnormal treatment of the motor, such as vibration, noise, temperature

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, automation, or electrical machinery, familiar with theoretical knowledge related to generator or motor research and development
• Serious, meticulous and rigorous in work, with good team spirit and communication skills
• Proficient in using ANSYS, Hypermesh, LS-DYNA, fluent and other software application experience is preferred
• Work experience is preferred
