About the role

Job Description:

Scope: Programs and Projects within AHE Airworthiness & Configuration Department.

Job description:

  • Conduct and coordinate Configuration Management (CM) activities and be accountable for CM processes deliverables (change, product structure update, etc...) within his/her area of responsibility with all involved parties (programmes, engineering, quality, manufacturing, customer services).
  • Manage and Support the execution of the Change Board Meetings.
  • Create, update and ensure the implementation of the corresponding Configuration Management Plan (CMP).
  • Identify items to be placed under the formal Configuration Control.
  • Manage and maintain deliverables during all the change process phases.
  • Produce Aircraft Definition Model documents for helicopter deliveries
  • Engineering Data Management Signature for Service Bulletins.
  • Participate in process improvement projects (e.g. introduction of new PLM).
  • Audits Attendance.

Required:

  • Master / Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering
  • Experience in Configuration Management is required (military or civil)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of configuration management standards
  • Soft skills are essential to the position
  • Spanish: mother tongue/proficiency
  • English: fluent
  • Microsoft Office Package advance user level
