#Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

We are looking for an internship to support the Mission Readiness organization within the Services division in Getafe. This role is essential for ensuring effective project execution through diligent application of project management processes and tools, potentially within an Agile framework. You will work closely with Centre of Competences & Project Managers, supporting planning, monitoring, reporting, and risk management activities within an Air Power Services context.

Your Role:

• Project Management Support: Provide dedicated support to Project Managers on core Project & Program Management tasks, including maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, supporting budget monitoring, and assisting with risk and opportunity management.

• Reporting & Information Flow: Prepare project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely and clear communication of project status and key information.

• Process Application: Apply established project management processes, methods, adapting to traditional or Agile approaches as needed.

• Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with relevant internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support communication flow as Centers of Competences (CoC), programs, Customer Care Centers (CCC), end customer and operators.

• Participate in the identification and exchange of best practices supporting improvement culture inside TASR organization.

• Lessons Learned: Support the capture and documentation of lessons learned throughout the project’s lifecycle.
