AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain -

#Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed a n exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Job description:

The activities included on this internship are related to Talent Acquisition activities. Focus on:

  • Support internship campaigns (for technical & non technical enviroment)

  • Support recruitment processes

  • Support Improvement of Talent Acquisition processes

The candidate to this position will participate in the candidates management tasks and will participate on innovation and improvement projects.
As part of the activities that will be carried out are:

  • Participation of student University / "Formacion Profesional" campaigns by:

  • Trainees follow up during the training period in Airbus.

  • Agreement management and related documentation for FP students

  • Support in promotion of the campaigns

  • Participation in Recruitment proccess for different profiles (technical/non technical): support in campaigns to attract profiles, sourcing, screening, support in interviews and candidate selection

Support Improvements Talent Acquisition projects:

  • Reinforce diversity of profiles
  • Candidate/ manager experience Experience
  • Attraction of candidates/ Employer branding

Opportunities

  • Participate in activities and transversal and international projects

  • Take part of multi-functional teams collaboration with several departments in Airbus.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business, HR... and related disciplines.

  • Fluent English/Spanish level.

  • Proactivity

  • Flexibility

  • Team spirit and great collaboration skills

  • Ability to work in complex and international environments.
