About the role
Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a A350 Cabin Interface Coordinator (FAL) (m/f) to join the A350 Cabin FAL interface team in Toulouse.
You will join a strategic team spread across two key sectors (FAL & Customer Line), responsible for coordinating cabin suppliers for the A350 program. At the heart of production, we provide the operational interface to ensure industrial excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your challenges:

Act as the conductor for closing out unfinished supplier work from the start of the FAL through to aircraft delivery.
-
Ensure the successful passage of Quality Gates (QG) while meeting strict "on time & on quality" requirements.

Manage supplier "On Site Support" (OSS) operations to ensure rapid response and resolution of issues on the assembly line.

Analyze root causes of recurring anomalies and collaborate with support functions (Quality, Procurement) to eliminate manufacturing defects.

Represent POCPK in performance reviews and report on deliverables to internal FAL customers (FCO, FCM).
Your boarding pass:

Background in Engineering, Industrial Production, or Supply Chain Management.

Proven experience (ideally 3 to 5 years) in a complex industrial environment, preferably within an aircraft FAL or supplier management role.

Proficiency in Supply Chain fundamentals, industrial quality standards, Root Cause Analysis, and product risk management.

Influencing skills, excellent communication, negotiation abilities, and high reactivity in a fast-paced production environment.

Advanced proficiency in both French and English is mandatory (technical and international context).
