Au sein de la Customer Line d’ATR, l’équipe Delivery assure la préparation, la coordination et la réalisation des livraisons d’avions aux clients du monde entier. Dans un contexte d’amélioration continue et d’harmonisation des pratiques, la direction souhaite renforcer ses capacités d’analyse, de structuration et de pilotage des activités.
L’alternant(e) contribuera directement à la transformation des méthodes et outils utilisés par les équipes, afin d’améliorer la performance opérationnelle, la visibilité des indicateurs et la standardisation des processus.
FRENCH
Missions Principales :
- Création & Harmonisation des Méthodes
-
Cartographier les processus existants liés aux activités de livraison (préparation, coordination, documentation, essais, transfert client…).
-
Identifier les écarts, redondances et opportunités d’amélioration.
-
Proposer et formaliser des standards opérationnels
-
Contribuer à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques au sein de la Customer Line.
- Développement & Optimisation des Outils IT
-
Analyser les outils actuels (Excel, Power BI, Share Point, outils internes ATR).
-
Concevoir ou améliorer des outils de suivi de performance, de planification et de reporting.
-
Automatiser certaines tâches ou flux d’information (macros, automatisations Power Automate, dashboards).
-
Participer à la digitalisation des processus Delivery.
- Pilotage de la Performance
-
Définir et structurer les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) liés aux activités de la Customer Line.
-
Mettre en place des tableaux de bord dynamiques pour le suivi opérationnel et stratégique.
-
Assurer la collecte, la consolidation et l’analyse des données.
-
Préparer des supports de pilotage pour les revues de performance (hebdomadaires, mensuelles).
-
Contribuer à l’identification des leviers d’amélioration et au suivi des plans d’action.

Detailed description of the mission:
Within the ATR Customer Line, the Delivery team is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and executing aircraft deliveries to customers worldwide. In a context of continuous improvement and harmonization of practices, management aims to strengthen its capabilities in analysis, structuring, and activity performance management.
The apprentice will directly contribute to transforming the methods and tools used by the teams in order to enhance operational performance, improve KPI visibility, and standardize processes.
Main Responsibilities
1.
Creation & Harmonization of Methods:
-
Map existing processes related to delivery activities (preparation, coordination, documentation, testing, customer handover, etc.).
-
Identify gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
-
Propose and formalize operational standards.
-
Contribute to the dissemination of best practices within the Customer Line.
2.
Development & Optimization of IT Tools:
-
Analyze current tools (Excel, Power BI, Share Point, internal ATR tools).
-
Design or improve performance tracking, planning, and reporting tools.
-
Automate certain tasks or information flows (macros, Power Automate workflows, dashboards).
-
Contribute to the digitalization of Delivery processes.
3. Performance Management
-
Define and structure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Customer Line activities.
-
Set up dynamic dashboards for operational and strategic monitoring.
-
Ensure data collection, consolidation, and analysis.
-
Prepare performance review materials (weekly, monthly).
-
Contribute to identifying improvement levers and monitoring action plans.
This apprenticeship is designed for you
Education
Master’s level (4th/5th year – MSc equivalent) in engineering school, business school, or university, with specialization in:

Technical Skills

Strong command of Excel (including VBA), Power BI, and PowerPoint; knowledge of automation tools is a plus.

Understanding of Lean / continuous improvement methodologies.
