Cross Plant Supply Chain at Airbus
About the role
Job Description:
This position aims to Coordinate/drum beat material flows with Back Office, Plants and Suppliers to meet FAL production needs.

Act as prime Supply Chain Focal Point between Plants (8 Plants | FAL-T) Suppliers & Back Offices (Toulouse for WB and Hamburg for SA)

Ensure necessary materials (for OW, NC and Parachevements) are available according to targets provided by XP Operations, record all delivery status & ensure reception of materials in due time

Manage Hospital Stock, free stock

Work on both SA/WB supply chain activities based on request

Organize regular & drumbeat meetings with Plants, Suppliers or Back Office

Manage return/scrap flow and prepare necessary paperwork for return & scrap

Ensure that, for any request of material, necessary master data inputs are provided to Back Office,

Ownership of the supply chain steps in NC flow and tasks in special process such as cannibalization and IR process
-
Trouble shooting of the SAP logistic process errors with support of IM and HAM/TLS BO
-
Interface with internal team & external Plant/FAL/Suppliers for the correct material information
-OSS coordination :
Be the link between OSS team and operations (ACM/ME) the time/date of intervention
Give weekend access if needed
Drive the communication/missing information between operations and OSS during the rework
- OSS management :
Be accountable for the signature and maintenance of all intervention and safety documents (SMA, SARF, ID sheets…)
Create, give trainings and coordinate the SAP postboxes + ALB + e-QLB
Support the chemicals import, storage and maintenance (FTZ, MSDS, yellow cabinet…)
Apply for the permanent access (badge, safety trainings)
- Actively identify opportunities, initiate & support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational targets
This role requires normal day shift work and also late shifts.
