About the role

Job Description:

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Trainee to join our team!

Important information:

  • 9 months internship (starts on September 2026, ends on June 2027)

  • Full time position (40 hours per week)

  • 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + Hybrid allowance

Responsibilities - your missionHR Data & Reporting team:

The HR Data Hub has the mission to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new Digital capabilities while continuously boosting the HR performance in order to meet HR customer’s business needs.

  • Create, Run and deliver standard reports & dashboards

  • Analyze and ensure high data quality through regular quality checks

  • Develop and create data layout like table, charts, graphs

  • Support HRBP’s Community in their Reporting activities

  • Promote HR Reporting self-service by giving trainings to end users

  • Ensure smooth transition from SAP BI reporting tools to Workday reporting tools

  • Secure Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations (“Need to know purpose” principle)

  • Demonstrate good judgment and discretion with dealing with highly sensitive data

  • Daily interaction with Airbus central stakeholders

Data & Analytics Business Team:

As a data professional eager to develop a comprehensive skill set across the data lifecycle, you will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, data science, data engineering, and AI development, working on diverse projects that drive business insights and innovation. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to various dimensions of data-driven initiatives within our organization.

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and processing raw data from various sources

  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies

  • Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Support the development of dashboards and interactive data tools

  • Learn and apply statistical methods to analyze data

  • Explore and experiment with different algorithms and techniques

  • Contribute to building and maintaining data pipelines

  • Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes

  • Help ensure data quality, integrity, and security

  • Learn about data infrastructure and cloud platforms

  • Assist in the development of AI-powered applications and features

  • Support the testing and validation of AI solutions

  • Contribute to the documentation of AI projects and applications

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field

  • Basic understanding of programming concepts, preferably in Python

  • Familiarity with basic statistical concepts

  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills across data analysis, data science, data engineering, and AI development

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with databases (SQL) and data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, Qlik) is a plus

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JS is a plus

  • Integrity;

  • Language: English

  • Advanced level

  • Another European language is a plus
