About the role
Job Description:
- An opportunity for Development Program Quality Manager & PMO (A400M) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe
Responsibilities
ead the rollout and implementation of APQP and Core Tools within the A400M program.
Support the deployment of the Maturity Gates process and ensure adherence to applicable procedures.
Create, update, and monitor Quality Plans within the development perimeter
Manage transversal quality issues across the development perimeter, ensuring that adequate corrective actions are triggered and closed when deviations occur.
Monitor and control TAOQA budget, ensuring alignment with A400M program and identifying potential cost variances.
Participation in the definition and structuring of the OP, ensuring that TAOQA workload and resources are accurately reflected in the annual planning.
Support A400M PMO in calculating and analyzing the EAC
What we are looking for:
Educated to degree level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Team spirit and able to work in a dynamic environment
High level of motivation to lead complex projects
English: Negotiation level
Spanish: Fluent
Key Deliverables:
Quality Assurance Plan, Non Conformance Analysis and Consolidated Action Plan including feedback, Technical Risk Register, Risk Mitigation Plan. APQP Key Business Deliverables such as Quality Plan Timing (when owner).
