Job Description:

The job holder is in constant relation with the Training Device engineer.

Operational Activities

• Sort, clean, and organize spare parts; assist in physical shelving and labeling
  in room 10122 & 1018

• List all discarded parts in S027 and dispose them as per the process
  Ensure the storage area remains clean, safe, and organized.

• Accountabilities

• Spare part management, assist with the physical organization and digital logging of our spare parts inventory, ensure the parts are aligned with the status in Myteam

• List all discarded parts and dispose them as per the process

Operational Outputs

• Data Entry: Accurately log part specifications, quantities, and locations into
  the inventory management system (Myteam).
• Scrap Management: Identify and categorize obsolete/damaged parts;
  prepare documentation and physical items for the disposal/scrapping
  process.

Qualifications:

• Technical Bachelor degree or above

• Proficient in using computers and office software, Good English reading and writing skills;

• Softskills: Good communication skills.
  Attributes: High attention to detail, reliability, and a hands-on attitude.

• Technical Skills: Background: Students in Logistics, Industrial Engineering,
  Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
