Airbus is looking for a Group Manager – ERP CoE for Platform: Data Migration to join the Bangalore, India location.
This role is part of the Digital function and is responsible for the day to day management of Airbus Commercial Platform and data migration Scope under ERP for Commercial in Digital ERP CoE, which is located within Digital Global In-house Center (GIC). Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global teams. We are customer oriented driving force in Enterprise architecture, IT Simplification, Operational Excellence, Sustainability, Security and ComplianceERP for CoE is a transversal organization acting as center of excellence for every topic under the ERP umbrella of Airbus Commercial from India. This role requires knowledge of SAP Cloud Products, Automation and Integration best practices. Our team is answering business needs from the whole Airbus Commercial organization across, mainly Europe, and follows a user centric and centralized approach (customer satisfaction). Therefore, we are in contact with every Airbus Commercial project using SAP as a digital backbone, from manufacturing to customer services, finance, procurement, etc.As a Group Manager, it is expected that you are passionate about delivery and service excellence, with a strong understanding and respect for Airbus values. You will establish team goals by fully understanding the business strategy and considering the organizational priorities, identify and evaluate business & technical trends and choose a course of action to achieve the same. You will accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring coaching and leading the team in the right direction.
Primary responsibilities

Manage and lead the ERP CoE for Platform: Data Migration Team within the respect of Airbus values

Manage SAP Platform team along with strong Delivery and stakeholder management

Accountable for the platform life cycle from conception, design, industrialization, operations through retirement including management of dependencies
-
Responsible for centralized teams managing a stream of Projects and Services across ERP systems
-
Identify opportunities and create a product or a service that satisfies the stakeholders and Projects
-
Leadership skills, Project Management and Product Management experience is a must
-
Defines chargeback models for their respective projects or Services.

Defines the new standards and Accountable for SAP Data Migration Products and Automation opportunities.

Lead the team using a performance management and development process with the right training program.

Coach, mentor, provide oversight and direction to the team accordance with the organization's policies and procedures

Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's goal and objectives

Responsible to take business decisions in accordance with organization policies and procedures
-
Responsible for overall budget management,Overall Cost /budget Estimation and control by managing all aspects
-
Promote a high quality of end-user experience by considering latest SAP technologies to implement to answering the business needs

Managing coordination of the teams and working groups engaged globally in the different projects

Ensure Platform and product availability and security guidelines in line with Airbus standards

Manage global communications and alignment with all stakeholders

Liaises with, and updates progress to, senior management and stakeholders

Help the team identify their appropriate career path & develop competencies of the Team and prepare for future competencies

Continuously look new opportunities within the frame of Global In-house Centre Technology Services Solutions

In line with the Airbus leadership model, manage direct team(s).
Engage, develop and motivate the direct team(s), within Airbus Values using the HR processes & development tools.

Build a trustful and inclusive environment, promoting collaboration facts driven decisions and an out of silos mindset.

Ensure deliverables on time, cost and quality to ensure Customer Satisfaction; escalate risks and opportunities.

Encourage innovation and continuous improvement by detecting and eliminating non added-value activities.

Secure the business at short/mid/long term, contributing to increase Airbus profitability.
Qualification & Experience Graduate/Post Graduate with 15 to 17 years of experience in ERP SAP Platform management. Experience in delivering Data migration projects and its automations in line with security and audit practices
Expert level: -Data Migration knowledge is a mustSAP, Non-SAP and tools like DMC, SAP Bods, SNP etc

Leadership skills, Project Management and Product Management experience is a must

Building prototypes quickly and ability to scale to minimum viable product

Proven skills in build-in-quality and first time right

Experience in building new teams

Defining technology roadmaps and delivery

Basic Understanding of at SAP functional module process Success Metrics
