About the team
We’re the experience layer for Experience Cloud—bringing a unified, accessible, and scalable UX to Experience Cloud apps and shared surfaces—all under modern UI systems and platform services.
Role summary
Own the end‑to‑end single AI experience that helps users get real work done through a conversational, action‑oriented interface, delivered consistently across apps. Partner with Design, Engineering, and Data/Activation to turn personalization signals into trustworthy, usable UI, and measure impact through adoption, efficiency, and reliability at enterprise scale. Experience building or integrating Copilot‑like, single‑assistant experiences is a strong plus.
What you’ll do
- Set vision & ship
the single AI experience: define strategy, roadmap, and success criteria for conversational UX andnext‑best‑action journeys across apps.

Elevate UX quality: partner with Design on accessibility, clarity, and consistency; make AI outputs immediately usable in the UI.

Deliver at platform scale: drive coherence across shared surfaces and sequence cross‑team dependencies to unblock outcomes.

Personalize responsibly: use activation/personalization systems to make assistance timely and relevant, with guardrails for privacy & safety.

Measure & iterate: instrument usage funnels and run experiments to tie AI usage to time‑to‑value and business outcomes.

Drive adoption: create roll‑out plans and operating rhythms to onboard partner apps to shared components and the assistant.
What you’ll need
-
5+ years in product management shipping user‑facing experiences at scale (enterprise SaaS preferred), including hands‑on AI‑powered products or conversational interfaces.

Depth in UX/interaction principles and modern component systems; strong partnership with Design on accessibility and pattern libraries.

Track record shipping a single‑assistant product (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or comparable) in an enterprise context (Preferred)

Proven ability to operate across shared services and multiple applications, sequencing platform dependencies for end‑to‑end delivery.

GenAI literacy for enterprise: experience with LLM‑based products, evaluation & metrics, privacy/guardrails, and responsible AI practices.

Data‑driven: comfortable with instrumentation/experimentation; define KPIs and read product analytics to guide direction.

Clear communicator who aligns senior stakeholders and motivates cross‑functional teams.
