The Opportunity

We are seeking a PR Manager to join Adobe’s LATAM Customer Marketing team to develop and implement communications strategies for our creativity and productivity products. This role will shape compelling narratives, translate complex ideas into clear stories for digital-first audiences, and partner with media, creators, and cross-functional teams and integrated programs that build awareness and strengthen brand affinity.

This position reports to LATAM's Marketing Director. It suits a proactive communications expert passionate about social-first storytelling. The ideal candidate possesses strong consumer media relations abilities and enthusiasm for digital content. You will excel in a cooperative environment.

What you'll Do

  • Lead communications strategies for Adobe’s creativity and productivity portfolio, driving awareness, education, and adoption across priority audiences.
  • Deliver continuous visibility through campaigns supporting product launches, business priorities, and executive narratives.
  • Manage a high-impact media program across traditional and emerging channels, with a strong social-first approach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and creators to expand brand and product visibility.
  • Partner cross-functionally to plan, implement, and measure integrated communications programs aligned with business goals.

What is needed to succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or digital media, with a focus on consumer and brand communications.
  • Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage and maintaining strong, productive media relationships.
  • Extensive background in achieving communication outcomes enthusiastic about social-first audiences.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and presentation skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Deep interest in media, influencers, emerging platforms, and cultural moments, with an understanding of how stories travel across channels.
  • Direct working experience with senior leaders and in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
  • Organization and critical thinking skills, with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
