As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative technology solutions tailored for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the organization and its clients. You will also participate in discussions to refine project goals and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
• Experience in integrating warehouse management systems with other enterprise applications.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to warehouse management.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
