We are seeking an experienced **SAP SD Lead (Manager)**to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing organizational processes, designing systems, and delivering innovative solutions that align business needs with technology. As a subject matter expert in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), you will lead cross-functional teams, contribute to key decisions, and ensure the successful implementation of business solutions. This role requires advanced proficiency in SAP SD and other relevant skills, along with strong leadership and collaboration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Process Design:

Assess the organization’s business model and its integration with technology to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Evaluate the current state, gather customer requirements, and define the future state processes and business solutions.

Develop detailed documentation, including business process workflows and system specifications.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing expert guidance on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless integration of solutions.

Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in SAP SD, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

Familiarity with other relevant SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, PP) is a plus.

Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.

Soft Skills:
