We are seeking an experienced **SAP SD Lead (Manager)**to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing organizational processes, designing systems, and delivering innovative solutions that align business needs with technology. As a subject matter expert in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), you will lead cross-functional teams, contribute to key decisions, and ensure the successful implementation of business solutions. This role requires advanced proficiency in SAP SD and other relevant skills, along with strong leadership and collaboration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Process Design:

  • Assess the organization’s business model and its integration with technology to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Evaluate the current state, gather customer requirements, and define the future state processes and business solutions.

  • Develop detailed documentation, including business process workflows and system specifications.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing expert guidance on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless integration of solutions.

Solution Development and Implementation:

  • Design and implement SAP SD solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals.

  • Coordinate with technical teams to support solution development and ensure alignment with business requirements.

  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Leverage data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.

  • Provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance organizational efficiency.

Team Leadership and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.

  • Share expertise in SAP SD and other relevant skills to build team capabilities and foster a culture of collaboration.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and team performance.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience:

Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.

  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP SD implementations and process improvements.

  • Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.

  • Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in SAP SD, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

  • Familiarity with other relevant SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, PP) is a plus.

  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.

  • Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Ability to lead workshops, manage teams, and drive decision-making processes.

  • Certifications: SAP SD certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile or other project management methodologies.

  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in SAP and enterprise systems.
