Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team, ensuring that the applications you create align with the strategic goals of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
