S&E – DSM Sales Sr Analyst

• Finance Strategy & Enablement is a global team within the Finance Corporate Function. The team shapes our Finance Strategy supporting each Finance Function Lead to develop a functional transformation roadmap and to prioritize the programs that deliver that transformation. Strategy & Enablement ensures that day-to-day activities across Finance are supported by robust and compliant processes, and It also leads a broad range of key programs and change journeys, drives improvements in technology performance and reimagines our processes with the application of new technology in collaboration with CIO.

• Finance Process DSM Sales will be dedicated to supporting the Sales booking end-to-end process, applying Order to Cash expertise towards the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of processes and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become process and functional expert in the DSM Sales process, expanding knowledge towards Order to Cash to support upcoming solutions
• Act as process owner granting quality, accuracy, and integrity across DSM Sales process and assets
• Drive efforts to continuously improve and optimize Finance processes and procedures by sharing best practices and developing job aids, reports, forms, templates, and other tools
• Ensure the consistent application of standard global and local processes with alignment to Sales, Contract management and Order to Cash processes
• Embrace a problem solver role to support finance users with complex issues and/or inquiries
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in DSM Sales process connecting the dots with other tools and processes such as: Managed my Record (MMR) and Contract management; Managed my Price (MMP) and pricing; Managed my Sales (MMS) and Sales; SAP and structure creation (contract, WBSEs, Financials).
• Partner with the Technical teams and other functional teams to provide support to end users and to solve high priority issues
• Prioritizes requests for enhancement in DSM Sales, considering business urgency/importance and current work capacity
• Deliver documents containing business requirements for DSM Sales; ensure that the technical teams supporting the DSM Sales process understand the business requirements
• Work as Project Management and Change management for small and medium solutions
• Actively participate in Global Finance Initiatives as DSM Sales SME
• Participate in Month end activities, in particular generating metrics, reports and providing key support to end users.
