What would you do? The Supply Chain Analyst/Associate – Pricing & Promotions will support end-to-end pricing and promotional execution for the clothing retail business. The role ensures accurate price setup, timely promotion execution, and smooth coordination between merchandising, buying, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver commercial objectives while maintaining operational efficiency.
Supply Chain involves managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This role includes planning and coordinating production, transportation, and inventory management. It also involves ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality control. The goal is to optimize the entire supply chain process to meet customer demands and improve organizational efficiency.

  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications

  • Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree

  • 3-7 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, pricing, or merchandising support

  • Experience in clothing / fashion retail is a strong advantage.

  • Strong data handling skills (MS Excel, spreadsheets, reporting tools)

  • Experience with retail systems such as ERP, RMS, pricing or merchandising tools Roles and Responsibilities: Pricing Operations

  • Support seasonal, permanent, and clearance pricing processes for apparel categories

  • Maintain and validate price data across systems (ERP, pricing tools, POS)

  • Execute price changes, markdowns, and price corrections in line with trading calendars

  • Ensure pricing accuracy at SKU, store, and channel level (online and offline)

  • Monitor pricing compliance and resolve discrepancies with stores and systems teams

  • Promotions Execution

  • Coordinate setup and execution of promotional events (discounts, offers, bundles, seasonal sales)

  • Manage promotional timelines, ensuring on-time system setup and store readiness

  • Validate promotion rules, mechanics, and eligibility across products and channels

  • Support post-promotion checks to ensure correct execution and sign-off

  • Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, and Store Operations teams

  • Support communication of pricing and promotion changes to relevant stakeholders

  • Assist in aligning stock availability with promotional plans

  • Data, Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and maintain pricing and promotion trackers and reports

  • Support analysis of promotion performance (sell-through, margin, stock impact)

  • Identify process gaps and highlight risks related to pricing accuracy or execution

  • Process & Controls

  • Follow pricing governance, audit controls, and approval workflows

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline pricing and promotion processes

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance standards
