Role Responsibilities:

Actively participate in Talent Acquisition processes, learning about innovative sourcing strategies and contributing to their implementation.

Carefully analyse received CVs, perform the initial qualitative screening of active and passive candidates. You’ll learn how to identify key aspects of a CV and promote effective evaluation.

Contribute to managing the candidate journey to ensure a professional and personalised experience through timely communication, feedback, and support during the selection process.

Become an expert story teller using data to inform and influence stakeholders.

Graduates or recent graduates in humanities, economics, or related fields (e.g., Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, Communication Sciences).

Interest in the HR and Talent Acquisition field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.

Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is considered a plus.
