Role Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in Talent Acquisition processes, learning about innovative sourcing strategies and contributing to their implementation.

• Carefully analyse received CVs, perform the initial qualitative screening of active and passive candidates. You’ll learn how to identify key aspects of a CV and promote effective evaluation.

• Contribute to managing the candidate journey to ensure a professional and personalised experience through timely communication, feedback, and support during the selection process.

• Become an expert story teller using data to inform and influence stakeholders.

• Graduates or recent graduates in humanities, economics, or related fields (e.g., Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, Communication Sciences).

• Interest in the HR and Talent Acquisition field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.

• Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is considered a plus.
