Summary:

As a Security Delivery Lead, you will oversee the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of security initiatives, providing guidance and support to team members, and addressing any challenges that arise during project delivery. You will also engage with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on security objectives.
• Develop and implement best practices for security operations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address security challenges proactively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) Platform Operations.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience with incident response and threat management processes.
• Proficient in analyzing security events and logs to identify potential threats.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies used in SIEM operations.
• Experience in developing security policies and procedures to enhance organizational security posture.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) Platform Operations.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
