As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring the smooth operation of applications, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution processes.
• Experience with application monitoring tools and techniques.
• Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application in service management.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Service Now Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
