This role supports the execution and optimization of commercial marketing programs by coordinating

cross‑functional activities, partner relationships, and performance insights. It develops and maintains

communication assets and engagement strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and program outcomes. The

role blends marketing operations, analytics, and stakeholder management to enhance overall program

effectiveness.

Role Summary

The 3P Commercial Marketing Advisor is responsible for advancing commercial card and third‑party partnership programs through relationship management, coordinated project execution, data‑driven performance management, and cross‑functional collaboration. This position oversees program performance, implementation of workflows, monitors commercial site performance, and ensures accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation of program activities. It also manages relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders, aligning strategic goals, KPIs, and insights to drive continuous improvement. The role contributes to marketing and communications efforts by developing and maintaining program materials, coordinating awareness initiatives, and supporting promotional activations. Additional responsibilities include managing operational processes such as reimbursements, compliance documentation, and budget tracking, as well as providing support for tradeshows and broader commercial engagement initiatives. Overall, this position plays a key part in strengthening commercial partnerships, optimizing program performance, and enabling successful execution across regions.

Key responsibilities:

Program & Project Support

  • Own the relationship with third-party partners.

  • Own the execution of commercial card programs by coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders, participating in implementation meetings, and ensuring timely progress across workstreams.

  • Develop, update, and maintain program trackers, dashboards, and operational tools to ensure accurate documentation and visibility of program activities.

  • Monitor commercial site onboarding, activation, and labeling processes and coordinate with internal teams to address any issues or delays.

  • Manage requests for special data analyses, coordinate with analytics teams, and deliver insights to stakeholders.

Operational Monitoring & Optimization

  • Perform weekly monitoring of site performance, including identifying volume drops and implementing corrective action plans.

  • Generate recurring program insights, including performance reports, reimbursement calculations, and volume tracking.

  • Evaluate eligible sites and coordinate monthly activation and enrollment into relevant commercial programs.

  • Maintain and organize program documentation, including contracts, calculations, rebates, and transactional data.

Relationship & Partnership Management

  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and third‑party partners, including card issuers, payment solution providers, and cross‑regional stakeholders.

  • Lead the stewardship of third‑party partnerships, ensuring alignment on KPIs, goals, performance results, and strategic next steps.

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with external partners and internal teams, ensuring follow‑ups, action tracking, and progress monitoring.

  • Assess new partnership opportunities and emerging payment-related solutions.

Data & Performance Management

  • Access sales and transaction portals to compile performance reports for internal evaluation and strategic decision‑making.

  • Track program volume, rebate calculations, and invoicing‑related deliverables.

  • Identify performance trends, communicate outliers or risks to leadership, and recommend corrective or growth strategies.

Marketing & Communications Support

  • Develop, update, and distribute communication materials and informational assets for internal and external audiences.

  • Coordinate communication campaigns to increase program awareness and engagement at commercial sites.

  • Audit and monitor communication channels and assets to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic messaging.

  • Support special marketing tactics, promotional activations, and content updates for commercial card programs.

Cross‑Regional & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the point of coordination for Marketing Communications, Loyalty, and other cross‑functional teams.

  • Collaborate with regional counterparts to align strategy and execution for proprietary card programs and commercial engagement initiatives.

  • Provide updates and insights during internal connection sessions and stakeholder meetings.

Administrative & Compliance Support

  • Handle procurement steps, legal documentation, and partnership agreements as required.

  • Manage budget activities, including tracking, reimbursements, financial documentation, and annual planning support.

  • Maintain organized program files and ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic planning of end-to-end, multichannel marketing campaigns. (on/offline marketing)

  • English level: C1/B2+

  • Experience in B2B programs (strategy or execution).

  • Experience in crafting marketing strategies at a local/regional level.

  • Experience interacting and collaborating with sales/commercial teams is needed and will be assessed.

  • Experience working with clients in United States is preferred.

  • Experience working with Energy: oil and gas clients is preferred.

  • Experience crafting medium-complexity marketing plans and/or programs.

  • Experience working with creative agencies.

  • Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

  • Experience pitching proposals to clients.

  • Able to craft verbal and written tactical recommendations and guidance for marketing professionals.

  • Experience working with project management and CRM software.

  • Experience in a worldwide marketing program and/or working with high-end agencies.
