Program Overview

This internship is designed for UAE Nationals to build core software engineering skills in a client‑delivery environment. You will gain hands‑on experience through future‑ready trainings,live project assignments, and a dedicated mentor and buddy model, with mid‑term checkpoints and a final showcase. High‑performing interns may receive pre‑placement offers for New Associate roles.

What You’ll Do

• Build and test applications: Contribute to design, development, unit testing, and documentation under guidance from senior engineers.

• Solve real client problems: Translate functional requirements into clean, maintainable code; participate in code reviews and defect resolution.

• Adopt engineering best practices: Follow Agile ceremonies, version control workflows, and Dev Sec Ops practices across environments.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work with analysts, QA, and Cloud/Platform teams to deliver increments that meet acceptance criteria.

• Continuously learn: Complete structured learning sprints and apply modern engineering patterns and cloud services in project tasks.

• Demonstrate growth: Present outcomes in the mid‑term checkpoint and final capstone/demo.

Basic Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.

• Foundational programming proficiency in at least one of: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals(data structures, OOP, algorithms),web or API basics, and databases/SQL.

• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills; strong learning agility.
