Summary:

As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging for users. Collaboration with different teams to align web functionalities with project goals is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve web application performance and user experience.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Shell Scripting.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with server-side programming and database management.
• Ability to design responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Java EE, JSP, JDBC
• Hands on experience with UNIX Shell scripts and SFTP file/data transfer scripts.
• Should be able to independently Analyze and debug java code based on issue description.
• Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Should be self-driven and be able to ask the right questions to arrive at issue in code.
• Understanding of XML/JSON formats and working efficiently with these formats
• Good Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred), should be able to independently write queries and analyze data.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, and build/deployment pipelines

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru, Pune, or Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
