Summary:

As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes designing and executing migration strategies that ensure applications and data are moved efficiently and securely. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress to deliver scalable and high-performing cloud solutions that support future growth and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and execution of cloud migration plans ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall migration capabilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align migration activities with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Migration Planning.
• Experience with cloud platforms including private and public cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure assessment and application migration methodologies.
• Ability to design scalable and high-performance cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with data migration techniques and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges during migration processes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
