Summary:

AI Powered Tech Talent AI Solution Architect / Application Lead to architect and deliver AI-native Oracle solutions—building and running bespoke AI apps/agents on OCI that are tailored to customer data and Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and build custom Oracle AI solutions that augment Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR scenarios using OCI AI services and Oracle data platforms.
• Implement RAG/agent patterns end-to-end: ingestion chunking/embeddings vector search rerank grounded generation with citations.
• Define evaluation and quality gates (grounding checks, regression tests, red-team prompts) and integrate into CI/CD before go-live.
• Engineer secure-by-design deployments: OCI IAM policies, network isolation, secrets management, and audit logging for production readiness.
• Operate AI in production: SLOs, monitoring (latency, errors, token/cost), incident playbooks, and continuous optimization.

Professional & Technical skills:

• OCI Generative AI / Data Science foundations vector databases & embeddings
• Oracle data integration and governance (PII classification, access control, lineage)
• Strong engineering in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR domain to ground AI outputs in Oracle process/data context
• LLMOps: prompt/version control, eval harness, monitoring, Fin Ops cost controls

Additional information: Experience aligned to level level ability to take PoC production with governance and reliability.
