Summary:

As a Web Developer, you will design, build, and test web-based applications for various site components while also editing site content. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to document technical designs and specifications, researching updated content for websites, and ensuring that all applications meet the required standards for functionality and user experience. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to enhance the overall performance of web applications, contributing to a dynamic and creative work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve web application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with back-end development frameworks and languages.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in web applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
