We're seeking someone to join our team as a Microsoft Copilot Integration Engineer to work as part of The Workforce Technology team which is responsible for delivering enterprise-class end-user productivity solutions, including the design, configuration, and integration of these technologies into the firm.
We are seeking an individual to join our team and specialise in the design, build, integration, and management of Copilot Connectors and Gen AI Agents within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will focus on extending Microsoft Copilot capabilities across Microsoft 365 using Connectors and Agents, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry to deliver innovative solutions.

What you'll do in the role:

  • *Gen AI & Copilot Integration: Demonstrate foundational knowledge of Generative AI and configure Copilot features across Microsoft 365 applications.
  • *Copilot Extensibility: Strong understanding of the Copilot extensibility model, including Connectors, Copilot APIs, Actions, and Agents
  • *Design Consulting: Advise on Connector and Agent design aligned with internal standards and Microsoft best practices.
  • *Connector Development & Integration: Design, build, and manage Connectors using Microsoft Graph and external/on-premises data sources.
  • *Agent Development & Integration: Build and manage Agents using Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, Agents Toolkit, and optionally Microsoft Foundry.
  • *Technical Support: Serve as an escalation point for complex Connector and Agent integration issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution.
  • *Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Power Platform, low-code, and pro-code development teams to onboard solutions into Microsoft 365.
  • *Governance & Playbooks: Apply AI governance frameworks and tools such as Agent 365 for risk monitoring. Develop playbooks and guidelines for consistent adoption and compliance.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Stakeholders and cross-functional teams communication.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to ensure successful delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years' experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python OR TypeScript OR PowerShell, and automation and integration tasks.
  • A degree in computer sciences or another related area.
  • Track record of design and delivering Copilot Connectors, Copilot Agents and Integrations.
  • Experience in M365 and Copilot deployments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience of working in financial services or consulting firm preferred.
