Job Title: On Base Developer
Experience: 6–8 Yeas

Job Summary:

We are seeking a On Base Developer with 6–8 years of experience in enterprise content management solutions, specifically On Base by Hyland. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in On Base development, On Base workflow,, workview configuration and modifications, reports development , and administration, along with good programming knowledge in C# and SQL Server. Experience working in healthcare domain implementations and On Base upgrades will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using On Base by Hyland.
Develop and support On Base integrations using C# (.NET) and APIs.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for On Base solutions.
Create and maintain On Base custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using On Base reporting tools and SQL Server.
Work with Application Enabler, Unity APIs, and integrations with external systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
Develop and maintain On Base Work View applications.
Participate in On Base upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements.
Perform On Base administration tasks including configuration, user management, and performance monitoring.
Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in development, testing, and deployment of On Base solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6–8 years of experience in On Base development and administration.
Strong hands-on experience with On Base modules and configuration.
Strong programming skills in C# / .NET.
Excellent knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Experience with On Base APIs, integrations, and custom development.
Hands-on experience in Work View and Advance Capture.
Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred / Add-On Skills:

Experience in the Healthcare domain (HIPAA-compliant environments)
Hands-on experience with HL7 imports and healthcare integrations
Experience with mailbox-based importing and document ingestion automation
On Base Certifications (Administrator and/or Workflow preferred)
Experience integrating On Base with EMR/EHR or other healthcare systems
Experience working with enterprise application integrations.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management Implementation.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
