YOU MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years of proven experience in software architecture and development.
- Expertise in managing large-scale, mission-critical software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and leadership ability in a software environment.
- Proficiency in advanced coding and performance tuning.
- In-depth knowledge of software backup and recovery strategies.
- Experience in scripting and automation using languages like Python or PowerShell.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent.
- A track record of implementing and managing software systems in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude toward innovation.
- Extensive experience with software migration projects and high-availability solutions.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases, big data technologies, and data warehousing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development teams
- Drive architectural decisions to optimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Influence the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns across projects
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain high standards of software quality
- Implement and oversee testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of software solutions
- Work closely with product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software architecture
- Architect solutions that support scalability and performance optimization, particularly for largescale and missioncritical applications
- Conduct performance assessments and implement optimizations as needed
