By being part of this team, you will work

**from Monday to Friday, 09:**00-18:00, full on site from our office in Bucharest for the first 6 months.

After this period, the working model will be hybrid.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management;

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs;

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and efficient process execution;

• Maintain accurate recruitment data, compliance, and adherence to SLAs and internal standards.

Skills that make your work successful:

• You have B2 French & English language skills;

• Bachelor’s degree/ High school degree;

• 3-5 years previous experience in Recruiting area;

• Negotiation skills;

• You communicate easily;

• You are a team-player;

• You can solve urgent matters.
