Summary:

As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging for users. Collaboration with different teams to align web functionalities with project goals is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve development processes and enhance team productivity.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright, Cypress, TypeScript, JavaScript, Automated Testing.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with version control systems to manage and track code changes effectively.
• Ability to debug and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Familiarity with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
