Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications are not only functional but also efficient and user-friendly. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular assessments of application performance and suggest improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
• Experience with integration techniques and tools for Salesforce applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
