Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational needs and standards.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of business processes and solution designs to stakeholders.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
• Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
