As an Application Developer - Financial Systems & ERP, you will envision and craft a financial product roadmap to enable accurate, compliant, and streamlined accounting, tax, and financial close processes globally. You will play a key role in designing and supporting ERP Financials solutions, with particular attention to tax implications, intercompany transactions, and regulatory compliance, including e Invoicing and digital reporting requirements.

You will partner with Fin Tech leaders to perform systems analysis and implement changes across financial systems, ensuring data integrity, tax accuracy, and audit readiness. You will be responsible for overall metrics and business impact of your programs across ERP Financials domains, including Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Intercompany processes, while working within a diverse ecosystem of ERP and SaaS-based financial applications.

Primary partners will include Finance Operations, Accounting, Tax, Strategic Finance, Engineering, and Audit & Compliance teams.

---- What You Will Do ----

Support and enhance ERP Financials processes, ensuring accurate accounting and appropriate tax treatment across transactions.

Act as a **business partner and subject matter expert (SME)**for Finance Applications across a landscape of ERP and multiple SaaS platforms.

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment, including intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and tax considerations.

Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and optimization, including improvements in tax determination, reporting, and compliance.

Drive cross-functional requirements for financial system enhancements, tax reporting, e Invoicing, and statutory compliance.

Evaluate information from multiple sources, identify gaps, and translate business and tax requirements into scalable system solutions.

Document business requirements, functional designs, test scenarios, and user training materials, including tax-related scenarios and controls.

Work closely with Finance and Engineering teams to understand end-to-end financial data flows across ERP and integrated SaaS systems, including impacts on tax, intercompany, and financial reporting.

Support implementation and enhancement of ERP Financials modules and integrations, including third-party tax platforms (e.g., Avalara, Vertex), e Invoicing solutions, and other SaaS finance tools.

Partner with Engineering to design and deliver robust integrations across ERP and multiple SaaS applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.

---- Basic Qualifications ----

Proven experience in end-to-end business process lifecycle, including design, automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Strong hands-on experience with ERP Financial systems supporting core finance processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Intercompany).

Experience working within an ecosystem of multiple SaaS finance applications and integrated platforms.

Solid understanding of financial processes and tax implications within transactions, including indirect tax and withholding concepts.

Experience working with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial close processes.

Hands-on experience translating finance and tax-related requirements into system configurations and functional specifications.

Experience with system integrations, data flows, and interoperability between ERP and SaaS applications.

Experience with process mapping, optimization, and performance tracking using KPIs and reporting tools.

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

01. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related discipline.
02. Preferred:

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Intercompany, Tax).
03. Experience with Oracle EBS or other ERP platforms.
04. Experience with or exposure to multiple SaaS financial applications such as Coupa, Ariba, Concur, Workday, or similar platforms.
05. Experience or familiarity with tax platforms such as Avalara, Vertex, or similar solutions.
06. Exposure to e Invoicing, digital tax reporting, and global compliance frameworks.
07. Experience in ERP implementations, SaaS integrations, global rollouts, or finance transformation initiatives.
08. Strong expertise in process design, standardization, and automation across ERP and SaaS financial systems, including tax-impacting processes.
09. Experience with financial and tax reporting, analytics, and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, ERP reporting).
10. Ability to define and track KPIs across financial operations, tax accuracy, and close cycles.
11. Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency, intercompany, and cross-border environments.
12. Experience collaborating across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Engineering, and Compliance teams in a matrixed organization.
13. Experience in user training, change management, and stakeholder communication.
