THE WORK:

Work as a Management Consulting Analyst / Project Manager on Business Transformation projects for Fortune Global 500 industry clients in:

• Heavy machinery: Construction and agriculture machinery, cranes, elevators, trains, industrial robots, forklifts, intralogistics and packaging solutions, engines, machinery rental and leasing companies, etc.

• Industrial suppliers: manufacturers of components, electrical equipment, water treatment solutions, etc.

• Consumer goods: household appliances, tools, power tools, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.

While working in a dynamic, multinational environment, with global teams, you will support projects with expert process knowledge, manage the project organization and project team, gather requirements, manage budget, schedule and risks, support business and IT teams in translating business requirements into specific IT and system solutions, organize and manage project communications, workshops and presentations for individuals at various hierarchical levels in the organization, analyze data and prepare reports.

Daily you will leverage your experience and skills to drive the major change in the Industrial sector toward automation, integration of AI, implementation of new business models and support our clients in maintaining their leadership position in their respective Industrial sectors.

• Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients in (at least one) Maintenance & Repair Operations (MRO), Service and Aftersales, Repair Workshop Management, Field Service Management, Installed Base Management, Service Parts Management, Warranty and Extended Warranty, Asset Lifecycle Management

• Understanding of end-to-end Request to Resolve process, incl. maintenance planning and execution, repair order management, planning, dispatching, execution

• Experience with AI tools supporting Request to Resolve process

• Understanding of product hierarchies / data models as a plus

• Business experience in working with **SAP Service Cloud & SAP FSM or similar,**preferably as a key user, trainer or implementation team member, process owner, product owner.

• Practical knowledge of project management methodology (waterfall and/or agile and/or scrum)

• Excellent communication skills in English, German as a plus

• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini)

• Jira and Confluence tools are welcome
