We are looking for an ETL Developer with hands-on experience in IBM Data Stage to join our growing data and analytics team. You’ll be part of an Agile delivery team, working on impactful data integration solutions for enterprise-scale projects.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM Data Stage
• Transform and integrate data from multiple sources into target systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, business, QA)
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability of ETL pipelines

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with IBM Data Stage
• Solid understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in large or complex data environments
• Exposure to cloud, scheduling tools, or CI/CD
• Previous experience on enterprise or consulting projects
