Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:

As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role requires setting up and maintaining continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines, while ensuring the security and reliability of these systems. The position also includes collaborating with various teams to streamline workflows and enhance automation, contributing to the overall efficiency and robustness of the development environment. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to maintain smooth operations are also key aspects of the daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize and automate infrastructure and deployment processes to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align development and operational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
• Experience with container orchestration and management.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and container environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kubernetes.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
