Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the accuracy and integrity of testing through the implementation of advanced tools and methodologies. Your role involves driving innovation in testing by adopting predictive and intelligent automation strategies, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle. You collaborate with various teams to embed efficient quality controls and foster a culture of excellence in testing across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence in automation practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality objectives and testing standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end automated test scripts that improve test coverage and reliability.
• Experience in integrating automated testing within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Familiarity with quality engineering principles and best practices to drive process improvements.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
