Summary:

In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination and alignment with various stakeholders to maintain project progress and address any challenges that arise, ensuring that objectives are met within the defined scope and timelines. Attention to detail and proactive management are key to supporting successful project execution and service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP PO/PI and APIs Development.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP environments.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement integration solutions that align with business requirements.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to maintain seamless data flow.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and their deployment within enterprise landscapes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
