Job Summary:

As an Ind & Func AI Decision Science Consultant in the Strategy & Consulting – Global Network team, you will leverage data science skills to solve supply chain business challenges. You will work on developing data-driven insights, applying statistical concepts, and optimizing supply chain operations through advanced analytics and AI/ML models.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:

• Apply statistical, analytical, and optimization techniques to extract insights and solve supply chain problems.
• Utilize Python/Py Spark, SQL, and cloud platforms to build and deploy machine learning models for business impact.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, data preparation, and data visualization to support strategic decision-making.

Business Development:

• Support client interactions, present analytical findings, and contribute to supply chain transformation projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and drive innovation in AI-driven supply chain solutions.

Innovation & Thought Leadership:

• Contribute to asset development initiatives, creating new accelerators and AI-based solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and apply them to supply chain analytics.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior consultants on analytics methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• 5-6 years of experience in machine learning and optimization techniques.
• Master’s degree in technology, engineering, or a quantitative field such as Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
• Certifications in Python, AI/ML, optimization, simulation, or cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) are an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with data science tools, supply chain analytics platforms, and visualization tools.

Additional Information:

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data science challenges in supply chain management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel based on project needs.
