The HR Contractor Exchange Agent is responsible for the end-to-end contractor lifecycle (find, enable, manage, exit), in line with client requirements.

• You act as the first point of contact for hiring managers, suppliers, and external contractors, ensuring that all stakeholders experience a smooth end-to-end contractor hiring process;

• You ensure all requests are actioned in a timely manner, liaising with the Contractor Exchange Helpdesk, Legal, HR, or Tax teams where appropriate;

• Maintain effective customer and supplier relationships, serving as the initial escalation point for issue resolution;

• Support team requirements associated with day-to-day operations, including participating in team calls and meetings, attending training sessions, maintaining process documentation, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Fluent in written and spoken **Romanian (C2)**and English (B2);

• Previous experience in HR and/or recruitment is preferred;

• Bachelor’s degree;

• Strong organizational skills;

• A proactive and supportive attitude;

• Good knowledge of contractor market legislation and trends;

• Ability to work independently and solve problems;

• Computer literacy (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
